I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with Impact Events or Impact Sports Academy, LLC, including by way of example and not limitations, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the entity being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 
 
To release, waive, hold harmless, discharge, and agree not to sue Impact Events or Impact Sports Academy, LLC, or its members, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, students, and staff (hereinafter referred to as “releases”) from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, expenses, attorney fees, breach of contract actions, breach of statutory duty, or other duty of care, warranty, strict or other liability actions, and causes of action whatsoever, that I might now have or may acquire in the future, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while training for, traveling to or from, or participating in an Impact Events related activities. 
 
The participants are physically sound. The undersigned represents that participants are mentally and physically sound and suffering from no condition or impairment that would prevent the participant’s  
safe participation in the instruction and physical activities offered by the Academy and all Academy Activities. The undersigned agrees to keep the Academy personnel informed of changes to the Participant’s physical condition or changes in the Participant’s ability to perform the activities associated with the Participant’s training, the instruction and the Academy activities.  
 
I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. ​

REFUND POLICY 
 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. IN THE EVENT A TEAM NEEDS TO CANCEL, IMPACT EVENTS WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT PROVIDED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
 
In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Impact Events will issue credit as follows (3 game guarantee tourney)… 

• If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration 

• If 1 game is played, you will receive 50% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration 

• If a 2nd game is started, you will receive 25% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration 

• If 2 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued. 

 
In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Impact Events will issue credit as follows (4 game guarantee tourney)… 

• If 0 games are played, you will receive 100% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration

• If 1 game is played, you will receive 75% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration

• If 2nd game is played, you will receive 25% credit towards a Future Impact Events Registration 

• If 3 or more games are completed, there will be no credit issued.

CREDITS EXPIRE 1 YEAR FROM THE FIRST DAY OF CREDITED EVENT
