$25 - Weekend Pass (Available for 3 Day Events ONLY)

The following parties are eligible for discounted passes:
 

Free - Ages 6 and Younger

$5 - Ages 7-12

$5 - Senior Discount (65+)

$5 - Military Discount (Veteran/Active)

 

* Gate fees are non-refundable. Impact Events reserves the right to adjust these fees per event.

Stay to Play

​

• By entering into a tournament, you must adhere to the lodging policy by securing housing through our preferred partner, TRAVELING TEAMS®.

  • Teams not in compliance risk not scheduled in an event. 

  • Team may opt out of the Stay to Play requirement by paying a set fee noted in the registration process.  

• We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMS® to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels close to our venues. It is required that all teams traveling to this event from 75 miles or more reserve their lodging accommodations through TRAVELING TEAMS®. Thank you in advance for your cooperation

• Please note booking through a third party such as Priceline, hotels.com or Expedia will not count towards the hotel requirement.

Refund Policy

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. IN THE EVENT A TEAM NEEDS TO CANCEL, IMPACT EVENTS WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

In the event a tournament is cancelled for any reason or shortened due to weather, Impact Events will issue credit as follows (3 game guarantee tourney)…

• If Impact Events cancels an event, you will receive a 100% refund. 

• If 0% of your guaranteed games are played games are played due to weather, you will receive 90% credit for a future Impact Events registration.

• If 25% of your guaranteed games are played, you will receive 50% credit for a future Impact Events registration.

• If 33% of your guaranteed games are played, you will receive 40% credit for a future Impact Events registration.

• If 2 or more games are completed, that is considered a full tournament.

Team Withdrawal

• Teams that withdraw from an event after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit

• Teams that withdraw from an event within 90 days of an event will not receive any refund or credit
